With a focus on child development and soccer training for children aged 18 months to 10 years old, we're committed to helping young athletes develop essential life skills, build confidence, and make new friends. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and lead 50-minute structured soccer classes for children aged 18 months to 10 years old, ensuring a safe, creative, and engaging experience for all participants. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians before and after classes, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any questions or concerns. Set up and clean up the field before and after classes, maintaining a safe and organized environment for all participants. Deliver high-quality coaching and instruction, using our proprietary curriculum and teaching methods to help children develop their soccer skills and achieve their full potential. Essential Qualifications: Experience working with children aged 18 months to 10 years old, either through coaching, teaching, or other roles. Ability to teach kids important life skills, such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance. No prior coaching experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues. Preferred Qualifications: Background in soccer coaching, youth sports instruction, or kids' dance teaching. Studying Early Childhood Education or Youth Ministry, or have a related degree or certification. Experience as a Camp Counselor or Youth Leader, with a proven track record of working with children and inspiring young minds. Skills and Competencies: Ability to create a positive, supportive, and inclusive team culture. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire children and colleagues. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities. Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
