As a key member of our customer relations team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values. You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding to, and interpreting company procedures and policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. With excellent communication and collaboration skills, you'll partner with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values * Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding to, and interpreting company procedures and policies * Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns * Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures * Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals **Requirements** * Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance * Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date * 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment * Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications * Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery * Bilingual Spanish **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and resolving customer concerns * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Proficient in MS Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
