You'll work from home, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions to their needs. You'll also partner with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve our services. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and professional manner. * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns and providing solutions to their needs. * Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve our services. * Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions. * Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues. * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge. **Requirements** * Licensed pharmacy technician in good standing in the state of residence. * Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. * 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment. * Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Call center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery. * Bilingual Spanish. **Education** * Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
