We're seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team, responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**

- **Provide Guidance on Selecting Insurance Plans**: Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance plans for clients, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
- **Customize Insurance Programs**: Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients, ensuring that their unique needs are met.
- **Assist with Claims Processes and Policy Modifications**: Assist clients with claims processes and policy modifications, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.
- **Maintain Accurate Records**: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and secure.

**Requirements**

- **Proven Experience in Sales**: Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in other languages is a plus (multilingual), but English is the primary language used in the office.
- **Strong Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate complex insurance deals.
- **Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations and Benefits Administration**: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration, with the ability to provide guidance to clients on these topics.
- **Excellent Customer Service Skills**: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- **Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Essential Qualifications**

- **Insurance Producer License**: Insurance Producer License (Required)
- **Life Insurance License**: Life Insurance License (Required)
- **High School or Equivalent**: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- **Insurance Sales Experience**: Insurance sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- **Language**: English (Preferred)
