Job Summary As our ideal candidate, you will be a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in technical support, network administration, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for handling complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless technology operations for our company and clients. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Handle numerous higher-level technical issues for the company and clients, providing advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Network Administration: Assist with the installation, configuration, and monitoring of small networks and firewalls. Office 365 and MS Teams Support: Provide expert support for Office 365 applications, including MS Teams, and ensure seamless integration. Documentation and Reporting: Take detailed notes and reports on client issues, resolutions, and other relevant information. Multitasking and Time Management: Handle multiple tasks in rapid succession, prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail. Active Directory, VPN, and SQL: Work with Active Directory, VPN, and SQL servers to ensure smooth operations. Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support. Travel Requirements: Based out of Duncan, South Carolina, with 10% travel in SC/NC. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT field, with a focus on technical support and network administration. Education: IT-related Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or comparable experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory, Support, MS Teams, Office 365, SQL, Security, and VPN. MSP Experience: Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT ticketing software. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: FM Audit, Connectwise, or IT Ticketing Software: Experience with FM Audit, Connectwise, or other IT ticketing software. SOPs: Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). IP Phones: Experience with IP Phones. What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
