**Join Our Remote Team as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent**

We're seeking a skilled and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to help others, with opportunities for growth into technical support.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
* Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and effective support to our customers
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Continuously improve our support processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
* Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and conversations

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience supporting customers using WordPress
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Experience working in a remote team environment
