As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, success, implementation, and retention services to our clients. Your primary goal will be to manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and optimize the customer experience. You will design and manage activities that allow our company to continue delivering value to our customers, including managing operations processes, inspecting for quality, and maintaining and transporting materials. Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Design and implement activities that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects Provide analytical support and track projects, including budget analysis and financial analysis Identify and correct inefficiencies in workflow and processes Develop and implement solutions related to process or quality improvement Support the efficient collection, storage, transfer, manipulation, and reporting of data Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience Three or more years of relevant work experience in account services or a related field FAA Clearance Public Sector Experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A degree in a related field, such as business or communications Project Management experience within the FAA Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
