Job Summary As a Lead Director, Digital Product at Aetna, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our digital product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth. You will be a key member of our Martech organization, working closely with our advertising operations team to drive operational excellence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall digital product strategy, aligned with the company's business goals and customer needs. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet the highest quality requirements and are brought on time and within budget. Lead and manage a team of product managers and cross-functional groups to drive product innovation and successful product launches. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product upgrades and improvements. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including technology teams, marketing teams, and business leaders, to align product development with broader business strategies. Ensure that digital products provide an exceptional customer experience and are user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible to all customers. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital products and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Ensure that digital products adhere to all relevant policies and compliance requirements within the healthcare industry. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS degree + 3 years of relevant experience) required. 3 years of experience in developing, programming, improving, optimizing, and automating commercial enterprise strategies. 3 years of experience in growing, programming, enhancing, and optimizing an MRM platform, which incorporates at least 2+ years in Workfront. Advanced developer abilities on the Workfront platform. Strong project/program management, interpersonal, communication, influencing, documentation, and negotiation competencies. Preferred Qualifications: Non-prevent development experience with a focus on operational efficiencies and approach. Familiarity with advertising and marketing generation platforms in the advertising and marketing ops area. Advanced capability to decorate and feature an effect on at all degrees of the organization. Targeted on professional improvement and development. Superior talent with Microsoft Office, such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel. Enjoy figuring out and developing KPIs with reporting to democratize information. Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Workfront Center Developer, Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Workfront Center Developer, Adobe Licensed Expert – Adobe Workfront Fusion.
