Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Lead DevOps and Release Manager to lead the delivery of complex features within our Platform, a software application that serves financial clients from our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business unit. As a Lead DevOps and Release Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing delivery management across multiple products/applications, ensuring timely and quality deliveries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers to drive DevOps practices and facilitate smooth software delivery. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute delivery management across multiple products/applications, ensuring timely and quality deliveries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers to drive DevOps practices and facilitate smooth software delivery. Develop and maintain release management processes, procedures, and methodologies to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries. Create standard reports on release status, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights to stakeholders. Conceive innovative plans to utilize application-release automation (ARA) tools, which help develop DevOps and implement continuous delivery (CD) rapidly. Have the ability to deliver in a high-paced and uncertain environment with a customer-centric mentality. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional teams to deliver quality software in a timely manner. Experience collaborating with developers, infrastructure, and other stakeholders to drive DevOps practices and facilitate smooth software delivery. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including release plans and delivery communication to executive and technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sharp attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure DevOps, including managing Azure DevOps projects, planning pipelines, releases, build agents, and working with GIT repositories. Experience with automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible) and deployment tools (e.g., Octopus). Knowledge of Agile systems and experience working in Integrated/Scrum environments.
