To achieve this, we are seeking an experienced Lead Data Quality Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of data, leading data cleansing projects, creating controls for data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data products that align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities As the Lead Data Quality Analyst at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Identifying, analyzing, assessing, documenting, and communicating potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used, to ensure that our data repositories and reports are accurate and reliable. Creating partnerships with key stakeholders in Customer Solutions and other functions to design plans for addressing data quality challenges, and collaborating with them to deliver data products that meet our strategic priorities. Leading data cleansing projects where needed, while working to standardize transactional processes for handoff to longer-term ownership, to ensure that our data is accurate, complete, and consistent. Creating and executing plans for the maintenance of data integrity based on findings from root cause analysis, to prevent data quality issues from recurring. Creating data quality metrics to measure the current state of data integrity and the success of data quality initiatives, to track our progress and identify areas for improvement. Performing data analysis and communicating trends and patterns to stakeholders, to provide insights that inform business decisions. Managing data quality documentation by defining and maintaining data rules and definitions, to ensure that our data is well-documented and easily accessible. Partnering with the Data Governance senior manager to build a culture of data accountability, to promote a data-driven culture within blithequark. Supporting the deployment of the Customer Solutions Data Governance vision and strategies, to ensure that our data governance practices are aligned with our strategic objectives. Building and delivering presentations and communications that explain critical metrics and findings to stakeholders, to provide insights and recommendations that inform business decisions. Prioritizing data quality projects based on Data Governance principles and strategic initiatives, to ensure that our data quality efforts are focused on the most critical areas. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a similar field, to provide a foundation in data analysis and business principles. 4+ years of work experience, with a strong background in data analysis and quality control, to provide the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. 2+ years of experience in data transformation and cleansing, to provide hands-on experience with data quality initiatives. Understanding of database and data modeling concepts, to provide a foundation in data management and architecture. Advanced experience with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI, to provide the technical skills needed to analyze and visualize data. Knowledgeable in data governance concepts, including the need for documented definitions, calculations, sources, lineage, etc., to provide a foundation in data governance principles. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A Master's or higher degree in a related discipline, to provide advanced knowledge and skills in data analysis and governance. Knowledge of IDN and Definitive data, to provide specialized knowledge in data management and governance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex data insights. Strong attention to detail, to ensure that data is accurate and reliable. Ability to think strategically, to align data quality initiatives with blithequark's strategic objectives.
