Job Overview and Purpose The Lead Analyst, Order to Cash, will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the Order to Cash (OTC) tower, partnering with project teams and external business partners to drive success. This role will support problem-solving efforts, ensure customer service, and encourage continuous improvement of processes and delivery. As a Lead Analyst, you will provide coaching to team members, support their development of business and technical skills, and present continuous improvement insights and recommendations to managers and leaders. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Collaboration (10%) : Leverage prior experiences to help develop and recommend solutions, effectively develop trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams, and collaborate with team members to gather input and feedback concerning business needs. Continuous Improvements & Controls (10%) : Participate in the continuous improvement of FBS processes by developing scalable solutions, ensure appropriate processes and job-specific requirements are properly documented, and work closely with compliance and controls teams as needed. Operational Duties & Oversight (60%) : Coordinate execution by a small team of required tasks related to the delivery of the OTC tower, collaborate effectively with other teams, work on building and proposing solutions for internal or external customers, foster continuous improvement and innovation, and help ensure execution of controls related to day-to-day activities. People Management & Team Leadership (20%) : Provide guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts, evaluate execution and contribution, support timely feedback, and foster collaboration with team members to develop a supportive and engaged team. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be at least 18 years old, and be legally permitted to work in the United States. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically acquired through the completion of a degree program or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as other accounting software programs. Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Experience with data analytics/data visualization. Experience with different innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain is highly desired.
