As an L2 Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary interface between our organization and our delivery partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Effectively communicating with customers and delivery partners in a clear and professional manner
* Providing prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners
* Managing sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
* Demonstrating excellent time-management skills to meet performance metrics
* Actively seeking solutions through logical reasoning and identifying trends to suggest process improvements

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon customers and delivery partners through clear and professional communication
* Expedite prompt and efficient service to customers and delivery partners
* Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
* Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics
* Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer experience and process efficiency

**Essential Qualifications**

* Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
* Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
* Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
* Ability to concentrate – follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution
* Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
* Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
* Excellent typing skills
* Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites
* Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
