**Experienced IT Support Specialist – Network Infrastructure and Desktop Application Development**

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure and desktop applications. Our team of experts is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to network infrastructure, desktop applications, and other IT systems * Conducting site visits to investigate issues and implement solutions * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues * Maintaining accurate records of technical issues and resolutions * Providing training and support to clients on the use of IT systems and applications * Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements **Key Responsibilities:** * Answers client support requests and determines the technical support issue (i.e., software or hardware related) and maintains trust in blithequark * Speaks with clients by telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software glitch, client error, etc.) * Investigates identified issues by gathering information, researching online resources, and reviewing internal documentation to identify solutions and implement fixes * Conducts site visits within the area to investigate issues and implement or upgrade equipment and software as necessary * Conducts follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved completely * Completes service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues **Requirements** * Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (client/server) * Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, Desktop Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers (desired) * Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCP (desired) * Technical work experience (desired) **Compensation and Benefits** Our compensation package is designed to reflect the cost of living across various US geographic markets. The base hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.10 to $35.90 per hour. Pay is based on a combination of factors, including market area, work-related information, skills, education/training, and work experience. Candidates may be eligible for annual short-term and long-term incentive compensation programs, depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are subject to various factors, including individual performance, team performance, and organizational performance. This position is eligible for a bonus based on organizational performance.
