Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Administrative Support Team in Mexico City (CDMX). As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing IT initiatives, leading routine management tasks, and ensuring compliance with SLA agreements. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving IT support tools, proposing process improvements, and managing consultant resources. Key Responsibilities Manage IT initiatives for the organization, ensuring attention, authorization, and implementation with IT and business areas. Lead routine management tasks with different areas to ensure compliance with SLA agreements and documentation. Maintain and improve IT support dashboards, aligning with company changes and requirements. Propose process improvements and new indicators for the IT Support Administrative area. Perform maintenance and improvements to work tools and IT support systems. Manage consultant resources for attention to various requirements. Ensure timely communication of process and tool adjustments to Administrative Services. Validate periodic utilization of contracted resources from suppliers. Validate work performed by AMS suppliers for payment management. Apply service satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and present findings. Elaborate presentations on progress and status of the Administrative Services area. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional with a strong background in data analysis, interpretation of reports, and IT support. The ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation of reports (KPIs, PowerBI, SQL databases, and Agile methodologies). Knowledge of processes, norms, procedures, and policies in IT and business. Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management tools (MS Project). Intermediate Excel skills. Intermediate English language skills. Availability for travel. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Analytical skills to handle large volumes of data. Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL databases, and data analysis. Project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
