Our commitment to innovation and excellence has earned us a reputation as a leader in the industry. **Key Responsibilities** As an IT Site Director, you will be responsible for: * Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including investigating complex application, equipment, and network issues * Documenting, analyzing, and resolving escalated help desk tickets * Collaborating with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and operations management to deliver top-notch solutions for IT issues quickly * Learning and working with a variety of hardware and issues, including workstations, PCs, RF unit technology, network, Windows software, and more * Adjusting the IT process and procedure for the Satisfaction Community to meet requirements set by the local Operations team * Working closely with the organization's leaders to identify, suggest, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth **Everyday Activities** * Network design and troubleshooting * Project management * Leadership of local IT Support specialists * Data cabling * Systems administration in various software and hardware conditions * Collaborating with the organization's leaders to identify and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth **What You'll Require** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field * 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment * MS certifications like MCSE, MCSA, and MCITP * Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units: Moto MC9190, VC6090, WT41N0 * Skills in areas of IT like Microsoft Networking, Mobile Device Management, RF Advancements * Advanced troubleshooting skills in a multi-client, high-pressure environment * Broad knowledge of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications * Experience with data cabling/PC offices maintenance * Demonstrated success in driving IT Support teams * Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and disposal * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (face-to-face and through phone/radio) with peers, management, employees, and vendors * Experience managing vendor contracts, relationships, and service outages * Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours a day * Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Participation in an on-call support and ability to come in case of an emergency rotation * Experience working in a SLA-driven environment * Experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment * Cisco CCNA * Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management * Ability to manage high-priority projects * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision * Ability to travel up to 25% * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation **About arenaflex and its Benefits** arenaflex is a leading innovator in the pet industry, dedicated to providing a seamless online shopping experience for pet owners.
