As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in supporting our revenue management, accounting, loyalty, data analysis, and business intelligence functions. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance for IT projects, including software development, business analysis, data analysis, and technical support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and test decision support systems and software applications
Utilize data analysis to create performance dashboards and service level agreements with various products
Work on a variety of IT projects, including business intelligence, data science, and software development
Apply technical expertise to resolve complex problems and improve processes
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analysis/Operations Research, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum GPA of 2.5 and completion of at least 2 years in a college program
Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, cloud computing, and/or computer hardware components and maintenance
Able to work in a business casual work environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:
Ability to process large amounts of data and information and briefly interpret what can be learned from the data and how it can support navigation
Desire to learn leadership methods and best practices in problem-solving and compromise to enable growth and progress on challenging issues
