Key Responsibilities Project and Product Management : Provide strategic direction and oversight to IT projects and products related to content services, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Assign project tasks, drive project schedules, and convey results or updates to stakeholders. Managerial Functions : Establish and monitor expectations to achieve company and department goals. Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Manage the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Business Support : Direct programming, business analysis, and testing activities to drive system modifications and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and refine business technology roadmaps, prioritizing projects and understanding cross-team impacts. Technical Expertise : Serve as a technical expert and strategic leader, providing insight on end-user needs and industry trends. Ensure compliance with configuration, change controls, and security standards, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) and 6 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or systems engineering; or a High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of equivalent experience. Previous leadership experience in technical implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Knowledge of Standard Development Life Cycles (SDLC) such as Waterfall or Agile. Understanding of system and data design principles. Preferred Skills and Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience leading technical teams in a formal setting, with a background in content management platforms such as Documentum/OpenText, OnBase, and Cmod. Vendor management experience, with a proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Experience working in a financial institution or a similar industry.
