Key Responsibilities Lead and manage technical teams in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions for cost management processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to current systems. Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Security, Development, and Maintenance, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Utilize expertise in SAP solutions and agile methodologies to drive project success and minimize costs. Ensure data integrity, availability, and confidentiality across digital platforms. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the team. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in SAP transformation projects, with a focus on cost management processes. 2+ years of experience in leading technical teams and managing projects. Advanced English language skills. Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA, agile methodologies, or cloud technologies are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or specialization in IT project management, digital transformation, or cloud technologies. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation and integration. Familiarity with cost management processes and product costing. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
