Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst - IT Facilities to join our team. As a key member of our IT Facilities Group, you will be responsible for providing expert IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of our critical infrastructure. This includes managing and maintaining our data center and remote communication room equipment, as well as providing IT support to our labs and ensuring the operational integrity of our airport communication spaces. Key Responsibilities Provide IT administration of all site implementations, inventories, infrastructure planning, and maintenance of support and break/fix services for data center critical infrastructure, IT certification labs, and remote communication room critical climate hardware Manage and maintain our data center and remote communication room equipment, including space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure Develop and implement standards for data center and remote communication room space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure Support IT Facilities campus fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service continuity of our airport and campus facilities underground fiber ring Recommend and implement departmental policies, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulations Manage projects related to data center and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements Procure IT and facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of data center technology and critical facilities infrastructure Project management experience, including capital planning and project execution Ability to build and maintain effective communication and relationships with management, vendors, and colleagues Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines Flexibility to support an operation with changing shifts, extended hours, and on-call requirements Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you an upper hand in this role: Four-year degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience Trade school graduate IT project management experience with at least 2 years of experience in a high-availability communication room or data center operating environment Experience with everyday operational requirements and the operation of production systems and equipment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
