About the Investment Services Consultant Role The Investment Services Consultant (ISC) is a critical role within PNC Investments, acting as a phone-based sales and service financial advisor in the dynamic Investment Center. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients from the PNC Investment Center book of business to understand their financial objectives and recommend tailored investment solutions. Build and manage a customer base through quality service conversations, ensuring end-to-end customer experience and identifying sales opportunities. Efficiently handle service transactions and make referrals to ecosystem partners as appropriate, promoting the growth of PNC's products and services. Identify new sales opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and execute sales or make referrals to PNC ecosystem partners. Essential Qualifications and Licenses To succeed in this role, you will need: Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses, along with insurance licenses.
