About the Role: Investigations Specialist (Remote) We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Investigations Specialist to work remotely from Puerto Rico as part of our dynamic team. As an Investigations Specialist, you will play a critical role in conducting investigations using databases to locate individuals and businesses for service of process. Your findings will be crucial in advising our customers on the next steps, making your role both challenging and rewarding. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough investigations to locate individuals and businesses by reviewing findings for the subject of service of process and cross-referencing previous aspects of an order. Communicate investigation findings effectively to customers and co-workers, providing clear guidance on the next steps. Respond to investigations-related phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Update procedural documents and review existing procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Collaborate with the Investigations Team to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED : A foundational requirement for the role. At least 6 months of related experience : Previous experience in a related field is necessary to understand the nuances of the job. Strong work ethic and ability to work remotely : You should be self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote setting. Reliability and confidentiality : The ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with privileged information is crucial. Excellent interpersonal skills : Effective communication with peers and customers is essential for success in this role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an office environment and/or customer-facing position : Previous experience in an office setting or dealing directly with customers can be beneficial.
