Experienced International Tax CPA (Los Angeles) Needed – Personal & Business
Looking for an experienced CPA with strong international tax expertise to handle both personal and business tax filings, who specializes in international and cross-border taxation as experience with foreign-owned entities and multi-jurisdiction structures ,based in Los Angeles. In-person consultation preferred but hybrid will work as well.
Personal Tax Needs:
-Preparation of U.S. Individual tax return
-Substantial Presence Test (SPT) analysis
-Review of potential 1099-NEC income and/or K-1 reporting
-Foreign asset and account compliance (including FinCEN Form 114 – FBAR, FATCA reporting as applicable)
Business Tax Needs:
-California-based LLC (member-managed, 2 members)
-Operating since April 4, 2025No revenue generated to date
-Preparation of required federal and California filings
-UAE-based LLCForeign entity reporting and classification review
-CFC considerations (Subpart F / GILTI if applicable)
-Forms 5471 and 5472 as required
-Coordination of U.S. reporting for foreign bank accounts and retained earnings
