We are closing in on building our new custom home and are in search of a talented interior designer to help transform our ideas into reality.
This project encompasses the design of multiple rooms, and we require a designer who can ensure a harmonious flow throughout the entire space.
ā¢ *Project Scope:**
- Develop a cohesive color scheme for walls, cabinetry, trim, and accents
- Create a seamless design flow between different areas
- Provide recommendations for lighting selection ,flooring , color pallete, tile and layout
- Assist with furniture selection and arrangement
- Choose finishes including hardware, fixtures, and materials
- Produce 3D renderings for key areas to aid in visualization before making final decisions
- Balance elements of warmth, elegance, and practicality in the design
ā¢ *Rooms Involved:**
- Kitchen
- Living Room
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Potentially additional spaces based on the designer's expertise
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
- Proven portfolio showcasing full-home design projects
- Experience with new construction design
- Proficiency in creating realistic 3D renderings
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A strong understanding of both aesthetic appeal and functional design
