Handle Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming customer calls to service and maintain existing accounts, ensuring all interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. Policy Management: Research, analyze, and respond to customer policy inquiries and changes, clearly explaining specific coverage details and addressing billing questions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong verbal and written communication abilities, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and team members. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance license. 1+ years of customer service experience in the insurance or related industry. Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desirable.
