**Primary Job Responsibilities**

* Completing a variety of day-to-day client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other necessary tasks as needed
* Evaluating client needs and researching to make appropriate coverage recommendations
* Completing carrier certifications to obtain Ready to Sell Status for multiple insurance providers
* Utilizing tools and applications to complete needs assessments and provide personalized solutions
* Resolving customer objections and offering additional benefits packages that provide increased coverage and cost savings
* Participating in weekly reviews of quality standards and performance to drive continuous improvement
**Qualifications & Experience**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to complete pre-licensing coursework and pass the applicable resident state exam
* The ability to pass the Insurance Application Form background screening as applicable by state
* Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach to learning and development
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to toggle between screens while chatting with clients
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or a related field is preferred
* A high school diploma (higher education preferred)
* The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
