* **Marketing and Lead Generation**: Work with the agent to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

* **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex insurance and financial service products, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance.
