Job Overview As a GQRC Training Intern at Workwarp, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly impact the training and development of employees worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective training content for all aspects of our business, including instructional design, graphic design, video editing, and e-learning development. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and growing industry setting, while developing your skills and knowledge in instructional design and content creation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop training programs that support our global workforce Apply instructional design principles and methodologies to create engaging and effective training content Develop e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and SCORM-compliant content creation Work on graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia projects to support training content development Conduct research and analysis to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them Participate in the deployment and tracking of e-learning content on LMS platforms Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content that meets business objectives Essential Qualifications Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences (ITLS), Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future Basic working knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and SCORM-compliant content creation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to exercise independent judgment and proven leadership and business acumen skills Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of LMS platforms and how e-learning content is deployed and tracked (e.g., ComplianceWire, Cornerstone) Familiarity with cGMP, the medical device industry, or healthcare-related training content Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
