Job Summary

As an Installation Technician, you'll be the face of our company, working independently at customer homes and businesses to install and activate our latest technology. You'll be responsible for providing seamless installation and activation of our high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities


Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer homes and businesses
Work independently, using your own vehicle, to complete installations and troubleshoot issues
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with our services
Lift and move equipment weighing up to 60 pounds, and climb ladders up to 28 feet
Work in small spaces or aloft, as required
Identify wire and cable colors, and troubleshoot issues as needed
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be available for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday work


Essential Qualifications


Valid state driver's license
Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
Ability to work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 feet)
Ability to identify wire and cable colors
Ability to qualify on pre-employment assessments


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience in a related field, such as telecommunications or cable installation
Technical training or certification in a related field
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our Installation Technicians. Our Wire Technicians earn between $18.13 - $28.40 hourly, with average starting earnings of $52,806 per year. We're also proud to offer a range of benefits, including:
