**Job Description**
As the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service and Support**: Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients concerning inquiries about sales products, successfully converting 90% of interest calls into scheduled leads.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments in ServiceTitan.
- **Product and Service Recommendations**: Inform homeowners about available products and services and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
- **Follow-up and Lead Generation**: Reach out to customers after proposals have been delivered to address any remaining questions and arrange further sales visits or convert the proposal into finalized work.
- **Additional Sales Leads**: Make follow-up calls to clients who recently received service or maintenance to generate additional sales leads.
**Qualifications**
- **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years of experience.
- **HVAC Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and services is a plus.
- **Computer and Internet Requirements**: Must have a computer with reliable internet speeds.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- **Problem-Solving and Customer-Centric Mindset**: Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- **ServiceTitan Experience**: Experience with ServiceTitan is highly suggested.
- **Quiet Workspace**: Must have a quiet workspace with no distractions.
- **Independence and Time Management**: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
