Key Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition: Convert leads into customers, prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts, understand customer requirements, and provide insights for product portfolio improvement.
Operations and Reporting: Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide regular sales reports.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.
Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.


Essential Qualifications

Sales Experience: Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer satisfaction skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM, email marketing, and sales automation software.
Education: Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
