About the Role As an Information Tasks Supervisor at blithequark, you will play a critical role in defining application quality standards and improving suggestion quality, enabling our Product teams to rank and filter content effectively across the store. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Item and Engineering groups, to drive product advancement and ensure that our programs produce robust evaluations to support various use cases. Your expertise in data analysis, human evaluation, and process improvement will be essential in driving ongoing enhancements and delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with vendor raters, vendor managers, and vendor coaches to identify gaps or issues in data collection and develop solutions to address them Apply human evaluation skills to ambiguous technical and business issues, forming hypotheses, running experiments, and iterating rapidly Lead analysis work and provide data-driven recommendations on tests, pilots, and regular rater performance while partnering with engineering and business experts to deliver timely reporting End-to-end ownership of Product data stream work-stream that supports existing operations while implementing new features and improving key quality performance indicators Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality human evaluation data to key products and engineering stakeholders to inform ML models in the store Drive continuous improvements, enhancing processes while maintaining or increasing volume and efficiency Essential Qualifications Four-year degree or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role 2 years of experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, product specialists, or operations managers to drive product development 1 year of experience in data analysis Preferred Qualifications Analysis experience with large, complex, or custom datasets Experience in Mobile, E-commerce, or Gaming Experience in human evaluation, public supporting, or data labeling at scale Skill and Competency Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
