**Experienced Industrialization Specialist – Provider Network Development and Quality Management**

With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration, we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Key Responsibilities** As an Industrialization Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Planning, coordinating, directing, and leading industrialization-related activities within the provider network group. * Creating, implementing, reviewing, improving, and addressing provider planning and execution of part assembly and gathering strategies and quality control processes from the high-level development stage to large-scale manufacturing capability. * Providing authority to New Item Presentation (NPI) at Providers. * Leading provider enhancements in adaptability, cost, and quality. * Working with communication and explanation of technical requirements among Providers and arenaflex Buying, Quality, and Configuration groups. * Responsible for provider reviews to ensure their ability to meet part execution, delivery, and quality assumptions. * Collaborating with arenaflex Plan, Quality, and Manufacturing to determine the best performance determinations and provider metrics. * Responsible for driving, following, and improving provider manufacturing process advancement, launch preparation for new items and design changes, and driving continuous improvement exercises using Lean Manufacturing and First Principles strategies. * Guiding providers in growing incredibly efficient cycles and methodologies to advance proficient and consistent creation of top-notch items. * Approving provider remedial activities including plan as well as cycle changes to ensure they are efficient, sustainable, and executed for similar expected concerns across manufacturing lines and providers. * Providing input on new or alternative materials for improved design, manufacturability, or cost reduction. * Participating in provider DFM Audit, guiding providers in effective utilization of job burdens, best practices for assembling, testing, and checking, and right tools or assembly gear to use. **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Certification in Designing, Arithmetic, Science, Physics, or proof of involvement and outstanding skill. * Experience in Quality Frameworks an or more: PPAP/APQP processes. * A high-level working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Mathematical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and Lean Manufacturing, and how to apply these skills to improve quality, reduce waste, and decrease cost. * High-level working knowledge of tool management and maintenance, high-volume forming production cycles, metallization and painting of shaped surfaces, ownership for part life-cycle from natural substance endorsement through eventual outcome acknowledgment. * Proven leadership capabilities. * Past experience managing safety-critical parts. * Ability to communicate and coordinate provider activities at the management level. * Ability to define and execute a project using project management strategies. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent team-building abilities in managing providers, peers, and other functional areas. * Strong technical ability to write and a capacity to explain complex issues in a succinct and plain way.
