About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our Virtual Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing product recommendations to meet their needs.
Work with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and make personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product providers and logistics, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing best practices and ideas to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a virtual or remote sales environment.
Knowledge of home merchandise products and industry trends.
Experience with sales software and CRM systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
