As an inbound customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, reassurance, and support to pet owners who are searching for their missing pets. Key Responsibilities: Reassure and support callers who may be panicked about their missing pets, providing a positive and empathetic experience. Serve as the frontline team member, helping to reunite pets with their pet parents and providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries. Manage inbound calls, adhering to daily schedules and performance goals, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts. Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our service delivery.
