Job Overview As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences over the phone and via email. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are available to work weekend and weekday shifts, have excellent attendance and punctuality, and are committed to providing outstanding customer service. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $12.2 - $14.2 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn incentives up to an additional $2 per hour.
