**Job Summary**
As an Experienced IME Medical Scheduler / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling the receipt of new cases, reviewing and verifying information, and drafting cases in our AccessDS system
* Working with clients to gather missing information and ensuring proper documentation
* Assigning and scheduling new cases to physicians, ensuring no conflict of interest and meeting client requirements
* Monitoring and processing cases to ensure timely completion
* Providing exceptional customer service, updating clients on case progress, and communicating with clients to ensure proper documentation
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle the receipt of new cases, reviewing and verifying information, and drafting cases in our AccessDS system
* Work with clients to gather missing information and ensure proper documentation
* Assign and schedule new cases to physicians, ensuring no conflict of interest and meeting client requirements
* Monitor and process cases to ensure timely completion
* Provide exceptional customer service, updating clients on case progress, and communicating with clients to ensure proper documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case processing and client satisfaction
* Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
* Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines
* Computer literacy and typing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field
* Experience in medical scheduling, customer service, or a related field
* Knowledge of AccessDS or similar systems
* Certification in a related field (e.g., medical billing, coding)
