Our team of more than 1,500 is headquartered in bustling New York City, with offices in Dublin, Ireland, Aveiro, Portugal, and coworking spaces in the UK, Netherlands, and Australia. **The Role** As a Hybrid Analyst, Markets & Customers, you'll partner with Marketing and Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into analytical requirements, solutions, and insights. You'll define metrics and perform analyses to uncover trends, performance drivers, and outliers for high-value customer growth initiatives. You'll create dashboards to help partners answer recurring questions and act on metrics using self-service tools. You'll present results to partners at different levels and promote best practices among peers and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** * Partner with Marketing and Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into analytical requirements, solutions, and insights * Define metrics and perform analyses to uncover trends, performance drivers, and outliers for high-value customer growth initiatives * Create dashboards to help partners answer recurring questions and act on metrics using self-service tools * Present results to partners at different levels * Promote best practices among peers and partners **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science.
