About the Role We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in contributing to American Airlines' success. As a member of the People Partner Group within the People Division, you'll be responsible for consulting, identifying, and delivering individual (Human Resource) services and solutions that will result in improved business capability and performance/individual engagement. Your expertise will help us drive business results, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
