Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Specialist to join our dynamic team at blithequark. As the first point of contact for all HR inquiries, you will partner with regional and local HR teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions, ensuring seamless support for our global workforce. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing resolutions efficiently and accurately to ensure a positive employee experience. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data through effective management of HR systems and processes, including Workday transactions and data input. Support company-wide HR programs, ensuring smooth execution to enhance employee engagement and drive business results. Learn and implement tools and techniques to streamline, optimize, and automate HR processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and productivity. Create, update, and manage the HR knowledge base to assist employees effectively and provide timely support. Analyze, intake, and operationalize new employee services, from onboarding to offboarding, to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience. Conduct system audits and testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, and document findings for process improvements to drive continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Proficiency with Workday HCM tools, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB), to effectively manage HR systems and processes. Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills to provide exceptional support to employees and stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decision-making. Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on quality and accuracy. Strong logical reasoning skills for complex problem-solving and a degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, in HR operations, or as an HR Generalist, with a deep understanding of HR systems and processes. Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
