Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Account Concierge, you'll be responsible for:
Providing an exceptional experience for our Members via email, chat, calls, and SMS.
Personalizing replies in all channels to ensure a human touch.
Multi-tasking between all channels to ensure seamless service.
Communicating directly and clearly with your team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Maintaining a "can-do" attitude and taking accountability for your actions.
Meeting department objectives for key metrics, including calls answered, median first reply time, total resolution time, and CSAT score.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
Experience working remotely and managing your time effectively.
Knowledge of wine and the ability to speak about it extensively.
Proficiency in working between multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for learning and growing with our company.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
Fine dining Hospitality experience, which will be a significant plus.
Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
