Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Home Sewer Work from Home Specialist to join our team on an urgent basis. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling various textile materials into finished products using single-needle industrial sewing machines. If you have a strong background in production sewing, a flexible schedule, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Assemble different types of textile materials into finished products using single-needle industrial sewing machines. Meet deadlines and be punctual to deliver and pickup orders, ensuring perfect quality. Maintain quality control and take appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision. Identify components and workings of sewing machines and perform basic daily maintenance. Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet our high standards. Have knowledge of materials and be able to identify potential issues. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Production sewing experience, preferably in an industrial setting. A flexible schedule to accommodate our production needs. The ability to work independently as an independent contractor (option of 1099 or W9 Business to Business). Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our software and systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Skills While not required, the following skills will be highly valued: Creating patterns and designs for textile materials. Experience with sewing tactical gear and leather products. Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken. Sewing medium to heavyweight fabric nylon products. Program and advanced troubleshooting of industrial sewing machines. Pattern making and drafting on paper and/or CAD. Veteran Military, Law Enforcement, and/or First Responder experience. Knowledge of firearms, MILSIM, Airsoft, MILSIM Paintball, Simunition, and UTM.
