Job Overview
As a Home Health Aide, you'll play a vital role in providing daily caregiving tasks and supporting the well-being of our clients. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized care and companionship that makes a real difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding home care to our clients, assisting with the implementation of detailed, individualized weekly schedules and care plans
Perform daily caregiving tasks, such as:
Assisting with personal care tasks, including feeding and meal preparation, light housework, incontinence care, mobility help, and personal hygiene
Providing emotional and social support to our clients, staying involved in their lives and prioritizing their well-being
Arranging for transportation to and from appointments when necessary
Administrative duties, including:
Recording task completion and reporting modifications to the client's physical state, mental capacity, or demeanor

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check and provide references
Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
Reliable means of transportation to get to and from work
Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness
Valid Basic Life Support Training (CPR)
TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly valued:
Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
