Job Overview blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and efficient home-based data entry typist to join our dynamic team. As a home-based data entry typist, you will play a vital role in transcribing information in a timely and accurate manner, submitting completed assignments in the required format. To excel in this position, you should possess meticulous attention to detail, produce high-quality work within stipulated time frames, and demonstrate above-average typing speeds. Key Responsibilities Gathering and organizing materials from which you will work, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date. Typing memorandums, reports, and other documents using stipulated word processing software, adhering to prescribed formatting guidelines. Preparing work in accordance with company standards, proofreading assignments, and amending mistakes before submission. Submitting completed work via mail or post, filing and storing copies of your completed assignments, and maintaining a record of completed tasks and logged hours worked. Remaining up-to-date with changes in pertinent word processing software, attending training sessions, and seeking guidance when necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative support.
