You'll work closely with our team to determine the costs of repairs, evaluate the feasibility of repair or salvage, and identify potential subrogation issues. Your expertise and analytical skills will be essential in delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Inspect and evaluate heavy equipment and machinery involved in a loss * Determine the costs of repairs and evaluate the feasibility of repair or salvage * Identify potential subrogation issues and prepare written analyses and reports * Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth * Travel as required to inspect equipment and meet with clients **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED required * Three (3) years of experience in heavy equipment or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Licenses as required * Thorough knowledge of operating heavy equipment * Ability to understand and utilize appraisal software * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills * PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Analytical and interpretive skills * Ability to work independently or in a team environment * Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience in claims adjusting or a related field * Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems * Certification in claims adjusting or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Work Environment** * Remote work environment with occasional travel required * Ability to work in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in hot and/or cold weather conditions * Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time * Must be able to kneel, squat or bend * Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds * Must be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds * Must be able to drive up to 4 hours per day **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary range of $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 USD annual salary * Bonus eligible role * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits **Career Growth Opportunities** * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities for advancement and leadership development **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for heavy equipment and a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
