Experienced Healthcare Specialist and Data Entry Professional for Dynamic Case Management and Client Service Delivery

Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new cases in our case management software, generating required letters, and determining review dates. You will also assist in obtaining additional information from clients, maintain communication with referring parties, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of review services. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain policy and process requirements, accurately document case activities, and protect confidential patient information. Key Responsibilities Create new cases in the case management software, as applicable, and generate required letters based on service type Determine the date to be scheduled for review by the PR and assist in obtaining additional information from clients, as needed Maintain communication with referring parties, including any delays in service, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of review services Select the appropriate PR to complete the service type, using criteria such as availability, pricing, and client pricing thresholds Maintain communication with the PR during the review process and ensure that all required correspondence and documentation are submitted consistent with state and/or client requirements Accurately and consistently document all required case activities in the case management software and finalize reports once QA is complete Deliver reports to the appropriate parties and accurately input PR cost and client charge for invoicing/payment by the Accounting Department Seek the advice of the CNR and/or direct supervisor, as needed, when performing assigned duties and protect confidential patient information in compliance with corporate confidentiality policies Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to the overall success of the team Essential Qualifications and Education To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have: A High School diploma or GED A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a healthcare or data entry role Preferred qualifications include experience in case management, data entry, or a related field, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
