Job Summary We're looking for a skilled Healthcare Sales Representative to educate the healthcare and senior community about our services and drive new client referrals. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with referral sources, performing new client intakes, and supporting marketing activities. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home and be part of a virtual team that's dedicated to making a difference. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals through daily remote communication methods, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Client Acquisition: Educate the senior community about our In-Home Care services, handle inquiries from prospective leads, and convert them into clients. New Client Intakes: Perform new client intakes, ensuring seamless onboarding and exceptional customer service. Marketing Support: Post ads, social media posts, blogs, podcasts, and support other marketing activities to drive brand awareness and client referrals. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, utilizing good telephone technique and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Record-Keeping and Reporting: Update records, prepare reports, and maintain accurate data to inform business decisions. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in a professional office work environment, preferably in healthcare or a related field. Computer Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, web applications, and scheduling tools, with the ability to work with multiple computer programs and software tools. Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with crystal-clear phone call voice quality. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care and support. Work Ethics: Strong work ethics, respectful, and professional attitude towards work. Citizenship: US Citizen or proof of work authorization required. Preferred Qualifications: Homecare Experience: Previous experience in a homecare setting with strong references.
