As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top nursing talent, while fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring seamless candidate experiences.

About the Role: Key Responsibilities
As our ideal Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to ensure consistent and timely applicant flow to hiring managers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to identify and satisfy their hiring needs
Coordinating candidate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
Screening and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and standards
Managing and maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Providing exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders


Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A background in RN/Clinical Recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top nursing talent
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
A strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
A high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Experience working in the Managed Care industry or with healthcare organizations
