Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain database entries for patient assistance programs (PAPs), ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.
Input and verify medication information, including dosage forms and NDC codes, to ensure seamless integration with our software.
Manage and update ICD-10 diagnosis codes and descriptions, staying up-to-date with the latest coding standards and regulations.
Research and document eligibility criteria for various assistance programs, ensuring that our software accurately reflects program requirements.
Verify and update program requirements and documentation needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor changes in pharmaceutical assistance programs, staying informed about updates and revisions.
Maintain accurate records of program updates and changes, providing a clear audit trail for our team.
Support the team with administrative tasks related to data management, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Ensure data quality and consistency across the platform, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in healthcare-related data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, including pharmaceuticals, diagnoses, and medical procedures.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical assistance programs, including eligibility criteria and program requirements.
Experience with database management and data entry tools, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with patient assistance programs, including enrollment and eligibility processes.
Knowledge of ICD-10 codes and coding standards, with experience in coding and classification systems.
