You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful implementation of vendor data into our proprietary platform, producing high-quality data that meets the needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Building and maintaining account structures to ensure accurate and efficient data processing * Data profiling and resolving data issues to ensure high-quality data output * File profiling, including feeding data files, flagging rules, and adjusting based on flags to ensure data accuracy * Source review in platform and dashboards to identify and resolve data discrepancies * Reviewing and verifying data to ensure it meets expectations * Breaking down benefits coverage (copay, deductibles) and insurance plans to provide accurate and detailed information **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Health Information Systems, Economics, Math, or a related field * Proficiency in Excel, including V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, and other advanced features * Resides in the state of Pennsylvania **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with medical and/or Rx claims, enrollment, and other benefit or risk data * Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) or Structured Query Language (SQL) * Extra-curricular involvement or volunteer work * Local to Pittsburgh, PA (although remote work is available) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
