As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and their families, answering inbound sales calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the patient journey. If you're a highly self-motivated and organized individual with a strong background in customer service, medical reception, and inside sales, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services * Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and ensuring timely resolution of any coverage-related issues * Following up with potential patients to address their concerns and provide additional information about our services * Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise, ensuring seamless communication with patients and our operations team * Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure timely completion and resolution of any issues * Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * 10+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong background in medical reception and inside sales * 5+ years of experience in medical reception, including insurance verification and experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) * 5+ years of experience in inside/inbound sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Highly self-motivated and organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and internal stakeholders * Highly flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a rapidly growing organization **Compensation, Growth, and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive base salary of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on experience * Potential annual bonus of up to $5,000, based on individual and team performance * 7 paid time off (PTO) days plus 3 paid holidays, to ensure you have time to relax and recharge * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, to support your physical and mental well-being * 401(k) matching, to help you plan for your future * Flexible schedule, with the ability to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and well-being of our team members.
